 Skin Care Tips

The skin, as the largest organ of the body, plays an important role in maintaining the health and beauty of people. Proper skin care is very important as one of the basic factors in improving the quality of life. Skin care is very important for the following reasons

Maintaining skin health:

Regular and correct skin care helps maintain skin health. This includes hygiene, avoiding stress and proper skin nutrition.

Prevention of skin infections and diseases: Proper skin care can prevent skin infections such as fungal, bacterial and viral infections. Proper skin care, including regular washing, use of antiseptics, and protection against germs and pollution, can help reduce the risk of developing skin diseases.

Increasing beauty and self-confidence: Skin care increases the beauty and attractiveness of appearance and improves self-confidence. Healthy, soft and supple skin gives you a more youthful appearance and makes you feel more satisfied and confident among other people.

Maintaining skin freshness and moisture: Skin care includes hydration and maintaining the skin's natural moisture.

Reducing exposure to sunlight is the first and most important way to care for facial skin. Sun contact with the skin is good and beneficial in moderation, but if it is too much, it brings the risk of sunburn, skin cancer, premature aging of the skin (wrinkles and skin spots). Taking care of your skin against the sun is vital in the summer season because the very harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays are stronger than in other seasons. There is no need to avoid or fear the sun. Try not to stay in direct sunlight for a long time. Especially between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm when harmful rays are more.

In different parts of the country, the amount of sunlight is such that if your hands and feet are exposed to the sun for 3 to 8 minutes, your body will be supplied with vitamin D. If you have lighter skin, you don't need as much sun exposure as people with darker skin. As a general rule, don't stay in the sun so long that your skin turns pink or red.

If you have to be in the sun for a long time, wear a hat, sunglasses, long-sleeved clothes, and use lip balm with sunscreen. Don't forget sunscreen. Get a broad spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

If you are slightly sunburned, use aloe vera gels. This gel is very good for improving skin inflammation and sunburn and can speed up skin repair.

Treatment of problems

If you have not followed the ways of taking care of your facial skin against the sun well and now you have skin problems, there are ways to compensate for the mistakes. By using effective and good treatment methods that are designed to solve the problems caused by the sun, we can restore the health of your skin to a good extent. Always remember that treatments are not a substitute for facial skin care. Prevention is always better (and more effective and cheaper) than cure.

The sun has two harmful effects on the facial skin:

Wrinkles

Although the appearance of facial wrinkles is normal with age, direct sunlight can accelerate the aging process of the skin and the appearance of these lines. For example, crow's feet creases are more common in people who don't wear sunglasses. These lines appear on both sides of the eyes and are caused by the thinning of the eyelids to protect the eyes from the sun.

To improve facial wrinkles, we can use different treatment methods, some of which we have listed below:

Gel injection or fat injection, botox injection microdermabrasion or hydroderm, Fractional RF or RF counterweight.

Melasma and other skin blemishes

If your face is constantly exposed to direct sunlight, small dark brown spots may appear on it. These spots are mostly seen on the face and hands. To prevent these spots, take care of the facial skin seriously: sunscreen, appropriate clothing and shelter in the shade!

We can use the following methods to treat skin spots:

Exfoliation and use of lightening creams,fractional CO2 laser ,Q-switch lasers,Erbium YAG lasers (Er:YAG),Microdermabrasion .

Washing the skin properly

Wash your face regularly, but be gentle. Washing the skin and cleaning the dirt, pollutants, bacteria and other microbes is one of the most important ways to take care of the facial skin; But washing too much and rubbing the skin can damage the skin. Remember that when washing, our goal is to remove dirt, not exfoliation ! Use hypoallergenic and mild detergents, don't bathe with hot water and don't worry about coarse fibers and bags. The swelling and reddening of the lips, which occurs after rubbing the skin with blue bags and white water, is not a sign of cleanliness! It is a sign that your skin is inflamed and maybe damaged. These things make the skin dry and the natural fat of the skin is lost.

If you wash away all the skin's natural oils, the skin is at risk of dryness, inflammation, and disease.

When drying, do not pull the towel on the skin and use putting and removing movements. You can use scrubs or mild exfoliators on a weekly basis for exfoliation (removing dead cells and the stratum corneum of the skin). Exfoliation can help prevent facial wrinkles.

Treatment of problems

If you wash your skin regularly and exfoliate at appropriate intervals, you will not need clinical procedures. But if the following applies to you, clinical ways of skin care and facial cleansing can be useful for you:

If you feel that the transparency of your skin has decreased.

The skin is not as fresh as it used to be. You don't wash and exfoliate regularly.
